Setup & integrations

Connecting myAnalyst

Do we have to replace our POS or accounting?

No. myAnalyst connects read-only to the systems you already run and consolidates them. It is not a POS or accounting replacement.

How long until we're live?

Most clients are live in days, not quarters. We connect to your existing systems, configure your hierarchy and goals, and you start seeing live numbers.

Which systems does myAnalyst connect to?

myAnalyst connects in to your POS, payroll, and QuickBooks. With the Data Pipelines add-on it can also push data out to Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools, and franchisor portals.

How often does the data refresh?

Your data refreshes in near real-time, so LiveStats and your KPIs stay current throughout the day.

Can I export data to Salesforce, HubSpot, or BI tools?

Yes. The Data Pipelines add-on pushes your data out to Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools, and franchisor portals so your analytics flow into the rest of your stack.

Features

How it works

How is the Store Health score calculated?

Each store gets a single 0 to 100 score and an A to F grade built from five weighted pillars, Growth 25%, Goal 25%, Loyalty 20%, Standing 15%, and Operations 15%. Pillars are scored on chain-relative percentiles over a rolling 91-day window, then rolled up into a healthy, watch, or at-risk status with a 12-week trend. See how scoring works.

Does it forecast against budget?

Yes. The Pacing & Forecast module tracks month-to-date pace against budget with linear and shape-adjusted projections and confidence bands, flags each store as ahead, on-track, or behind, and shows the dollars left to goal.

Can it help with customer retention?

Yes. The Retention module tracks customers at the VIN level across their lifecycle (on-track, due-soon, overdue, lapsed), with household identity resolution, customer lifetime value, repeat rate, RFM segments, due-for-service exports, and quantified at-risk revenue. See the glossary for the terms.

Can myAnalyst send alerts?

Yes. The Signals add-on sends SMS and MMS alerts the moment a KPI crosses a threshold, with custom rules by metric, location, and recipient, plus escalation routing and daily summaries, no app to open.

What is ARO?

ARO stands for Average Repair Order, the average dollar value of a single ticket in auto care. It is one of the signature metrics myAnalyst tracks for auto-service operators, alongside car count, bay productivity, technician efficiency, coupon ROI, and labor percentage. More terms in the glossary.

What industries does myAnalyst serve?

myAnalyst is built auto-service first and serves seven industries: Auto Care, Car Wash, Hospitality, QSR / Fast Food, Fitness, Retail / C-Store, and Home Services. Each gets its own signature metrics rather than generic charts.

Pricing & support

Plans and help

How much does myAnalyst cost?

myAnalyst comes in three plans, Core Platform, Core + Pro (most popular), and Enterprise, all priced by your number of locations. Pricing is a custom quote rather than a public per-seat price. See pricing.

Is support really U.S.-based?

Yes, 100%. Support is U.S.-based, from a team that knows multi-unit operations and your account.
