Store Health · FAQ

Common questions about the score

How is the Store Health score weighted?

The score is a weighted blend of five pillars: Growth (25%), Goal (25%), Loyalty (20%), Standing (15%), and Operations (15%). Each pillar is scored 0 to 100 on a chain-relative percentile, then combined into a single 0 to 100 number and mapped to an A to F grade.

Why is my store a B?

A B means the store sits in the upper-middle of your chain, but one or more pillars are pulling the blended score down. Open the store to see which pillar (for example Goal or Operations) is lowest and holding the grade back.

How often does the Store Health score update?

Store Health is built on the same data that powers the rest of myAnalyst, which refreshes in near real-time, and the pillars are recalculated on a rolling 91-day window. A 12-week trend line and automatic movers show how each store's score is changing over time.

Is the Store Health score comparable across chains?

No. The score is chain-relative: every pillar is a percentile against your own locations, not an external benchmark. It is a fair ranking inside one operator's portfolio, but a 78 at one chain is not comparable to a 78 at another.
